Each day focuses on a specific muscle group with intention: Day 1: Push (chest, shoulders, triceps) Day 2: Legs (quads + calves) Day 3: Pull (back + biceps) Day 4: Glutes Day 5: Core & Recovery Every workout includes exercises, reps and notes I actually use — nothing random, no fluff. Just real training that’s worked for me over the past 3 years. Whether you’re starting out or getting back into routine, this split gives you structure and progress without the pressure.
